What a Week!

So, another week has come to an end and it's time to update you all on my life.

Let's see...this was the first week that was back to normal for us as Ruby went back to school and I was back to work. It's not like I had many days off anyway, but this was my first full week back after the snow and holidays. I didn't have a whole lot of time to work on my video series, but I plan on putting Vol 1 together this week so it will be all set for February 1st.

It was a pretty stressful week at work though. It seems like there isn't enough hours in the day/week to get done what I need to get done. Oh well, I can only do so much I suppose.

My brother, Jamie and his wife Kelly found out that they are going to be having a boy! Yeah! Their little guy and our little guy will be about 3 months apart I believe. Actually, my niece, my soon to be nephew and my son to be son will all be within 6 months of each other!

Today was an especially draining day because I just had to suffer through 2 tough playoff losses by the Giants and Chargers. It was a good year for the G-Men, but the last month of the year they seemed to have lost their fire. I am not a Chargers fan, but I absolutely dispise the Steelers so I was hoping to see SD boot Pitt.

Well gang, I hop you all had a good week and I will see ya later!

Mortgages Made Easy

Good evening all! So, I have been doing some thinking this week and have a pretty cool announcement to make....Let me back up for a minute...

Ok, so as you all know, I just recently got on Facebook, You Tube and Twitter. Well, after posting the video "Blog: 1st Entry" (in it I kinda explain what I have been doing for the last 10 years of my life) I have been asked a lot of questions about mortgages. For the last several years I have been in the mortgage industry and currently help run a team of 10 loan officers as well as write loans myself. Anyways, I have gotten several questions from people asking how low rates are, can I get a good deal on my mortgage, how come I can't go "stated" anymore, etc., etc. So, I am pretty excited to announce that I have decided to put together a video series to help educate people on mortgages. It will cover everything from the beginning to end of the loan process. My main objective is to simply ease the pain of getting a new mortgage. Hopefully it will help make some of your experiences smoother and easier than they would have been prior to watching the series. I plan to launch the series February 1st. Here is my "Official" announcement...

Happy New Year!!

Hey everyone, just wanted to stop by and say Happy New Year. 2008 is gone and we're onto 2009! Our lives were pretty busy this last year and with a new addition coming in April I am sure 2009 will be just as busy. This last year brought a couple of new additions to our family as my brother got married and my little sister became a mommy. When I think back to this last year, it was such a blur so I decided to go through our pictures and put together a little slideshow for you all. Here you go....
